2. Your order

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when your payment is confirmed. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery estimates are given on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are on our returns page.

6. Your statutory rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product use

Please read the instructions supplied with each product. Emergency products support your own preparations but cannot guarantee safety in every situation. In an emergency always follow advice from the emergency services and call 999 if life is at risk.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
